Our History
In the 1980s, Hospitality Investors (now IGO Legacy Hotel Group) was established when a mutual partnership developed with a vision to construct a new hotel as a commercial property investment. Looking for diversification and growth, additional partners were added to this newly formed lodging business venture.
Fast forward 40 years, this partnership has successfully built, purchased, and operated over a dozen hotels with various brand and independent hotel representation throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan.
With a diverse background in financing, real estate, and operations, our owner/operator partners strongly believe that every business has an obligation to support and give back to the communities they serve in. Strong family work ethics and passion for the hospitality industry continue to set the foundation to leave an everlasting legacy.
